Olive and Peach

Honey Butter


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

  • 3 tbsp. high quality honey


Directions

Let the butter stand until softened. Place it in a small bowl with the honey and cream until blended well (for larger quantities you can also use a cuisinart). Store in an airtight container and keep in refrigerator until it hardens slightly. Use generously on toast, scones, muffins and more! Will keep for several weeks.
