Olive and Peach

Roasted Brussel Sprouts


Ingredients
  • 2 lbs brussel sprouts, trimmed

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F.

In a large bowl, toss all ingredients together. Evenly place brussel sprouts on a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until fork tender and leaves are golden brown.
